The services offered by frog-ai.eu involve image retouching for clients who have opened a secure and personalized account. Work is executed according to professional standards, using Artificial Intelligence. frog-ai.eu shall not be liable regarding modifications made to retouching paths or deadlines, which remain indicative. In case of unavailability, the client will be informed and may either accept a longer deadline or cancel the service request. Delivery conditions are specified in Article 9 below.
Prices are negotiated in Euros, either based on regular criteria or on a case-by-case basis. Prices apply per visual retouched. In case of multiple visuals, frog-ai.eu will charge the agreed rate for each additional visual. Prices exclude taxes; VAT will be added to the invoice at the end of each month. Digital delivery through the client’s personal account is free; physical delivery via mail is charged at a flat rate of €100. Prices may vary according to the Euro/USD exchange rate, with increases only, as described in the original text.
Creating a client account requires providing: - Company name - Address, phone, fax, business registration (RCS), and APE code - Contact name - Email - Password The client is responsible for maintaining password confidentiality. Any service used via this password will be deemed requested by the client. Acceptance occurs upon uploading images to frog-ai.eu servers.
Clients fund their accounts via credit card. frog-ai.eu reserves the right to block the client’s account if payment fails.
Services are delivered to the client’s personal folder hosted on frog-ai.eu’s servers, available for 15 days, after which files are deleted without liability for frog-ai.eu. The service is deemed accepted moments after becoming available. Complaints must be submitted within eight days to: customer.service@frog-ai.eu
The client acknowledges that frog-ai.eu does not guarantee that services will meet their specific expectations. frog-ai.eu is not liable for damages related to website unavailability or technical issues. Any further corrections requested will be charged additionally unless a proven error occurs. The client accepts that frog-ai.eu relies on an AI-based system and acknowledges that errors from such a system may occur.
